room and facilities were clean and in good shape
night staff were either not present or non-responsive to repeated requests for hallway noise control related to a large gathering. Numerous phone calls to front desk requesting assistance to address excessive hallway noise between the hours of 11pm-130am were not answered nor acted upon. Requests by the manager to respond to these concerns have yet to be completed (now two months and two requests later). Overall, this lack of accountability and responsibility is disappointing and as such I could not recommend staying here

The room was very clean, the location is very good, close to downtown and the airport. The breakfast was good as well.
The check-in took long. Lots of noises from upstairs, we couldn't sleep at night time, during the day as well,, we did bring up the issue to the staff, but it didn't help. (We came here after a long trip, and it was our last day before leaving the province, the plan was to rest before the flight, but unfortunately that didn't happen), we had the worst day in the trip). Also, there is a line up in the morning to the breakfast (the restaurant isn't big enough).

We had a great stay at this hotel - great value for money, comfortable beds, clean and the location for us worked pretty well! It is also close to the city.
We will definitely come back next time we're in Calgary!
