The location was good with a great leisure center and Sunridge Shopping Center just a few minutes drive or bus ride away. The onsite restaurants and staff were very good.
There were a lot of first fire refugees that made a mess and didn't respect the hotel staff. The staff were overwhelmed and, although it wasn't their fault, it did make the stay less enjoyable. The first room they presented us was unacceptable and we asked for a clean room which was satisfactory.

Its clean and comfortable as always. 24/7 gym is awesome.
The water in the bathtub went down the drain very slowly. Maybe everyone were using shower at that time because it didnt happen every time.

The front receptionist was rude. I booked a pet-friendly room and even had a massage from the hotel confirming it. The receptionist said I didnt mention a dog. I had to show him the hotel massage to change it to a pet-friendly room. Even if it wasnt in his system he must have been polite.

Fairly close to the airport. Gym facility was good.
The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower. The room had not been cleaned properly. The staff manning the breakfast buffet were indifferent bordering on rude. The woman who cleared our plates took away our things just as we were finishing. I had to take back my cutlery as I still needed it. She was very noisy when she cleaned off the dishes and basically tossed them into the bucket. Did not seem to be enjoying her job and we all had to hear it. Very jarring.

The entrance and lobby had a good quality and spacious feel to them. The room itself was large and comfortable. Plenty of choice a5v5he breakfast buffet.
Our ground floor end room looked straight onto the car park and entrance. I'm sure I saw a sign at the entrance advertising a hotel shuttle, presumably to the airport, but when I asked, the reception staff said there wasn't one.

The room was fantastic. We had a king-size the room was clean, the bathroom is clean as well. It had a fantastic there was a curved bar which allowed for more space while you showered as well as high-pressured shower head which you never seem to find in a Hotel. Both my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the shower especially after a long hot day of driving. The bad was incredibly comfortable and we both had a great sleep.
We also went and had a late dinner in the bar. The server was top-notch. He was very friendly and was quick to ask us how everything was. Although, the presentation of the food was great it was sadly mediocre, overcooked and flavorless. I'm not sure if it was just due to the fact that it was just before 9:00 p.m. when we ordered. The meal was also extremely overpriced for what you actually received. We ordered a plate of nachos which we thought would be a lot of food and it ended up being a very small amount for $27. We also ordered wings and there was 10 of them of them for $17.
The nachos were ok but they were overcooked with limited toppings and only a tiny bit of daksa and sour cream and the wings were dried out. That was disappointing but my husband and I were just so exhausted that we didn't feel like mentioning it. Also, as mentioned previously the server was fantastic but seemed to be was quite busy running around as there was no one else on at the time.
All in all it was a great experience we would definitely stay there again. We just wouldn't go to the restaurant as they value isn't there nor was the food quality and taste but perhaps, that is a one off occurrence.

The didnt clean my room all day yesterday. Only they took out the towels. Didnt fixed the bed or change the pillow. Didnt clean floor. At all. Was bed room service and the management didnt care. Or offer me any apologize yet.
On that busy hotel only one elevator. Have to wait for long minutes to get down for breakfast. Or any time u want to use it
