Cleanliness
The staff were not very welcoming. Our room had an enclosed view facing an HVAC roof and fencing, which was very disappointing and not what was shown in the booking photos. We asked to change our room, but were told there were no other rooms available — even though we could still see similar rooms listed as available on Booking.com. We also emailed the manager and never received a response.

people checking in during midnight to dawn were so noisy. no consideration. closing of doors are so noisy. i wasn’t able going back to sleep till early morning.
