nothing much. I was there for the third time
the receptionists were not friendly upon arrival. there is a specific man who was there at night he was very rude. I didn't get his name. w
We arrived earlier and was told there is a fee of early check-in, which is okay. we decided to leave and come back after we were done with what brought us in Calgary. we came at 12 am and at the front desk we were told they don't have our booking. I showed them booking confirmation and said it doesn't show in their system. Booking.com didn't submit our reservation. The way he said it was very rude. I showed confirmation number, and he rudely said, " it doesn't help me." You don't have reservations with us. He didn't explain much, and we told him just book us now. he was no.. I dont have the king suit.. later, he gave us a queen room for the same price that we booked earlier. The was. no apology given, nothing. He just handled us the door card, and that's it. Terrible customer service I have ever experienced in this facility. Twice we stayed there was no issue at all. I won't recommend anyone there. customer service was zero if I could give a zero star. Management please check your front staff. the evening one was terrible.
Update: Thanks the management for responding to our concern, Because of that I will come again this month December the 13th, if all goes well, I will remove the one star and will give 10/10 as I did on my two previous visits.

Overall clean, friendly staff and good breakfast.
An annoying part, I heard water flowing and every couple of minutes flushing of toilet that disturb my night sleep. I don't know if it's from our room toilet on from the next room.

Every thing was good, during my stay i have not faced any kind of problem, even after check out i requested to keep my carry for an hours they said there is no problem..
For me they were nice an cooperative..

This is a clean, quiet place to stay when we visit the city. Due to flight cancelations, they accommodated an early check-in so my husband had a place to go while he was waiting for my flight to come in. It was much appreciated.

Very clean, accessible & very helpful staff.
The breakfast in morning was sub optimal & have room of improvement. Only scrambled eggs were available along with Ham & potato wedges every day with the name of hash brown. Very limited options for breakfast was noted. Wish they could add more variety & more eggs like fried & omelet as well.
