Very Good
I wasn't able to eat the breakfast because I had have my young puppy with me and he was not allowed in the restaurant understandably. But they were very nice when they mentioned that.

Very Good
Stayed in a pet friendly room and it was clean and quiet. The staff was also polite.
The vending machine on the main floor was not configured correctly and would not dispense items from all rows. From items stuck in the machine, it looked like it’s been that way for a while.

The room was nice and the bed was comfy. Location is also good. Facilities are also nearby.
The room lacked water, check-in was delayed due to unattended reception, staff were unhelpful and rude, and the breakfast was tasteless with limited options.
