Breakfast was great Although, we have stayed there in the past and it was more exceptional. More variety and complex dishes which felt quite thought out. That being said, it was still great.
We booked a room with a king bed and a sofa bed. When we got to the room, it was just a regular sofa. So I went down to the front desk to tell them. One woman, she was very helpful, trying to rectify the situation. Other woman came in (she felt like she had more seniority) and said that it was a sofa bed. That I just had to fold it out. Multiple times I told her it was not a sofa bed, just a regular sofa. I had to go and take pictures of the sofa itself for the issue to be solved and for them to believe I know the difference between a sofa and a sofa bed. We probably won’t stay here again. But we have stayed here in the past and it was great! This time, it really wasn’t due to that.

This experience was excellent for our family.
The location was favorable.
I appreciated that it included a kitchen equipped with all the essential utensils.
I would have favored higher levels for an improved view. Upon entering the room, I found the place to be excessively dusty. It could have been better organized. I believe that an electric kettle would have been a very useful addition to the room. Although the breakfast was satisfactory, I feel that having a variety would have been appreciated after two days of the same breakfast selection, as we all appeared to be somewhat bored.

Room and breakfast were great.
Not the hotels fault, but didnt get good sleep. Our floor had several rooms partying and lots of people that were coming and going from room to room until almost 2 am. Do kids need to be running and yelling in the hall at 1:15 am? Doors slamming and laughing and talking at full volume.

I really liked the location of the property. It's close to the mall and downtown yet still in a quiet area, which made it very convenient. The breakfast was good with a lot of varieties to choose from. However, the food served was the same every day. It would be nice to see more variety, such as pancake machine along with options like breakfast sausage and boiled eggs.
It would be helpful to have a hand wash soap in the kitchen and garbage bag provided in the bin. I also noticed a sharp object on the carpet that could be a safety concern, so a quick check before guests arrive would be great.

The breakfast and the servers
Parking - There were not enough parking spaces. Then once we were in the underground parking where there also were no available spaces the garage door closed and wouldn’t open. We were trapped. I took an elevator up to the lobby. A guy straightened things out for us but only by having us park in a loading zone , not a parking space. Others were having the same problem. Plus the key card required to work the elevator is unsafe and punishes people waiting for an elevator if people in the elevator don’t know how to use it. Wrong on so many levels.
