Breakfast was really good. Staff were friendly and they gave a voucher for a couple of complimentary drinks. Pool was closed but they allowed us to use the facilities of the hotel opposite.
Just a minor inconvenience. We booked for 4 people but only got 3 towels. We requested an extra towel for the 2 consecutive days we were there and both times we were told it would be delivered to the room. Both times I had to go back to the desk several hours later for the towel as the phone was broken in the room and the towel never got delivered.

The breakfast was delicious and they have a lot of options. The location is great.
The pool was under renovations when we were there so my kids didnt able to swim but we went to another hotel across to use the pool and it was nice.

I paid in full through booking.com but when I arrived the staff on the desk told me I had not paid and would need to pay again. Had to connect to wifi to get the receipt of payment so I could prove to them the booking was paid so we didn't get charged double. Whole hotel was not clean - bloody mucus in our shower, stains on carpet, marks on walls, furniture falling to pieces. Did not look like pictures. Whole place looks tired in need of some TLC. Hotel held $100 for incidentals and said we would be refunded in 2-4 business days. It has been 5 and we are still waiting. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Was told breakfast is very good so emailed ahead to ask if there was vegan options - was told that they have a variety of options. Arrived for breakfast and all we could have is cereal, toast and fruit. No hot options. Would not call this 'very good'. Housekeeping knocking on the door on the day of our departure before we had checked out.

The room we stayed in was great: spacious, clean, king-sized bed. The studio size room had everything you need to cook. Stove, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator! All you need is to ring your groceries! That was a rarity! That would have been very handy for a long stay, healthy eating, and keeping expenses down!
Parking was a nightmare. Though, they claim to have an on-site swimming pool; they informed us to use the one at Four Points by Sheraton (that meant leaving the building & going across). Although the total cost of our stay was CAD $460 (for two nights) during booking, we were required to pay extra for our 12- and 15-year-old children as they were considered adults (imagine considering a 12-year-old child an adult). This was not communicated to us at any time during booking or afterwards until we arrived at the hotel. Fortunately, we came to an agreement, and the hotel waived the extra cost. I advise the hotel to explicitly state any additional costs to avoid surprise expenses to the guests!

This stay was an extension of our october 6-8 booking, we asked in the morning if we could just keep the same room and they said yes. They asked if we wanted the room cleaned while we're out, we said yes and when we came back at night the room wasn't touched at all.
