Everything was great. The price was reasonable, the environment was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional.
The soaps in the room were very harsh and made my hands extremely dry. There was also no hair conditioner provided.

Continental Breakfast, Room is spacious and beds are comfortable. Need better soap and shampoo. Lights outside the room are extremely bright and curtains are very poor and the room is literally lit all night. Hard to sleep.

Staff were very lovely, Super helpful. The room was clean & comfortable. The pool was wonderful, Honestly spent most of our time there! Would definitely stay again & recommend.
The walls are thin, You can definitely hear your neighbours which isn’t so bad if you get good ones. Staff did handle a noise complaint very well thankfully.

Disappointing
The room was a good size and clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were brilliant. The pool facilities were good but the jets in the hot tub did not work. The fridge and Microwave are a big plus.
The hall carpets need of replacing as they are filthy. The unpleasant odour from them permeates to the rooms. Luckily the window opened to ease it. NO conditioner available (??) for the shower and soaps were too small. The remote for the TV was a challenge

The parking wasn’t good. Had to park on the street due to the horrible way people were parking in the parking lot. Narrow stalls and not enough parking spots
