Very Good
It had everything we would need for a short stay in Calgary. The beds were comfy, bathroom utilities fine. The staff was very kind and even lend us the electric kettle for the room. The commute was quite sufficient with the city centre and it took a short walk of around 10 minutes to the nearest metro station.
Definitely in need to improve the breakfast table. The second day we didn't even bother going up there to eat and just went to the nearest bruch place.

Room was very noisy. Noise was from parties held in the "Breakfast Room" and well as noise travelling up the stairs from the foyer as well as water noises from other rooms. Having no carpet in the room makes these noises worse. Having to share the swimming pool with public swimming lessons is extremely poor form. Having people asking for money in the carpark isn't much fun either. Breakfast eaten in disposable plates/bowls and cutlery isn't good for the environment.

It was fine for what we needed which was a bed in a good location.
Definitely feels more like a motel, no elevator, no help with heavy bags.

Spacious room
Dirty carpets, so many large stains it was really ugly Dirty looking. Pillows hard, blankets quite thin. Card wouldn't work, was locked out of room once.

Awesome pool and hot tub that I took advantage of! Great breakfast options . Located in the middle of a lot of shopping options with an Irish bar across the street! Loved the outdoor seating!
