Good mattress and pillows makes a good sleep
Starting to remove food from breakfast well before the end of breakfast time. .This was not appropriate.
The hot tub was under maintenance. Extension of the reservation was more than double the price.

Only good thing was breakfast. Upon arrival I was charged 250 for damage deposit and was told it would be released upon check out. Well they kept most of it saying we damaged towels, bedding and a sheet
After emailing the manager he was only able to show that the comfortable which was under the duvet cover had this little stain before they even tried to wash it. Told me it was damaged and that they charged me for the stain, dirty towels which we used to shower than on the floor to stand and they did not even appear dirty to use after we put them In the bath and than he was not even able to show me the damages they claimed we did to the sheets. We arrived late and left early so we were not even there that long
DO NOT STAY HERE.
A complete rip off
Should of spend the extra to stay at another hotel as it cost us more due to their false accusations.

Easy access to main arterial routes
This site was not the one that I 'thought' I had booked, so a lot different area than I had wanted, but still on the McLeod Trail. However that was my mistake.
I was also surprised with the $200. 'DAMAGE DEPOSIT " REQUIRED.

There was sufficient staff to support such a busy location
I didnt like guests sitting near the parking lot drinking and smoking. That is always a concern for them observing cars and other guests opportunistically.
They were also loud although fortunately it didnt go on for long. Put a privacy partition around areas like that
