Wonderful
Great location to accommodate our visit. Very accommodating to our needs. We arrived in Calgary at a very odd hour. We couldn't find a hotel would give a reduced rate instead of charging for the whole day. This hotel charged for early checkin. Awesome

Pool area was nice, staff were good at there job and friendly. Breakfast was hot and sufficient. Location was great! Hot tub was actually hot and wasn't over chlorinated like most hotels. The pool stays open until 11. The room had a high end microwave and a nice fridge. Everything you could need was there.
Dust on top of fridge, a rag found between the bed and night table and my son found something poking him in the middle of the night and it was a toenail clipping under his sheets. The room could have been swept better. The windows were all open in the walkway and made it cold to walk to the pool and back.

Location
Requested a ground level cuz I had my senior friend with me and no elevator. Was told at 415 that my room wasn't ready yet!!!! Check in is supposed to be 3pm, also if i was to wait for my ground level, it would take 2 more hours!!!!! We took a 2nd floor room because we were in a hurry.
