Easy access to main arterial routes
This site was not the one that I 'thought' I had booked, so a lot different area than I had wanted, but still on the McLeod Trail. However that was my mistake.
I was also surprised with the $200. 'DAMAGE DEPOSIT " REQUIRED.

There was sufficient staff to support such a busy location
I didnt like guests sitting near the parking lot drinking and smoking. That is always a concern for them observing cars and other guests opportunistically.
They were also loud although fortunately it didnt go on for long. Put a privacy partition around areas like that

Noisy a/c that switched on & off overnight which woke me.

Disappointing
The staff were friendly.
They gave us a different room than we booked, with other amenities which was disappointing. We booked a room specific to our needs so it was very disappointing for it not to be available even though it was what was booked and paid for.
The rooms are not soundproof at all, there are gaps underneath the doors so we could hear all conversations coming from the hallway, and the walls are paper thin so we could hear the adjoining rooms throughout the night, and we could hear dogs barking quite clearly even though they were staying down the hall. The pipes are incredibly loud and woke us up when the room next door took a shower in the morning.
