Room was clean and spacious and location was very handy, close to good restaurants, pubs, and gas 24 hour stores.
The shower pressure was almost intolerable and the rod was broken so water got everywhere no matter what. The lights in the bathroom and to the sink area went on the first night and never did get fixed, despite informing the manager. The breakfast was very minimal, and to be honest I was nervous even trying the eggs, which no one ate. The fact that all the dishes were paper and binned instead of recycled was disappointing.

From the pictures online this was very disappointing. The room was not clean, coffee spills not cleaned up, the sink in the little kitchen area backed up without us even using it, the carpet was absolutely disgusting, actually told my family to not walk around without socks on. There was a pin up poster left near one of the beds, so that means to me it wasn’t even vacuumed before we checked it. Will never stay there again!

When I arrived there was a very strong smell of spray sorta like febreeze. When we left for dinner and returned there was a very strong smell of cat pee. I asked the front desk if my room was a pet friendly room and they told me it was not I have a cat allergy and it was causing my allergies to go crazy. I could not get another room until the next day to which I decided not to take in case the next room was even worse. Me and my family went to breakfast another morning and there was a very rude drunk lady at breakfast who said while walking passed my children “don’t let your children get fat”. We used the swimming pool which is shared by a swimming school. They have many toys there for the “paying swim students” so they took a small rubber toy from my daughter who was too young to understand. While we tried to swim with our kids we were pretty much cornered to one side of the pool because we kept getting eye rolls and dirty looks from the instructors. It’s safe to say I will not be returning.
