Staff was helpful and friendly. Gave us plates and cutlery to use.
Personally I didn't like the sausages.
Suggestions
Have some sugar free syrup. Being diabetic left not much to eat.

Pool, close to shopping centres (chinook centre)clean, comfy.
The walk way was a little weird, you opened your curtains to a hallway and not outside.

They had a good breakfast and clean beds.
Place very run down. Could hear people through the walls and walking by all night.

Disappointing
The shower had hot water. There was a fridge, stove, microwave in the room..
The pillows were god awful. The continental breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. The pool area was under construction. House keeping staff appear to be overworked. Parking is absolutely maxed out, if not lacking. There seem to be people living in the hotel on a month to month basis. Overall cleaning and upkeep is far below hotel chain standards. I imagine, it won't be long before "Super 8" removes thier franchise name.
