The rooms are old and need updating. They have central heating, never did reach our room and we were very cold. -17 degrees outside.

Lots of choice for breakfast . . . the beds were comfortable . . . the room was nice and quiet . . . the WIFI worked just fine.
They should add CNN to the TV channels choices !

the front desk staff were very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the facilities perfectly suited to my needs.
The breakfast was rather mundane. Muffins were very good but egg selection was limited to hard boiled eggs.
Internet was down for about 6 hours one day and I had a lot of issues the next day with it connecting and then disconnecting.

Our room was amazing and exactly what we needed. The front desk staff were super friendly and called up to see if the room we got was good. A lot of parking for the hotel. This hotel is great for value!
It’s a little far from calgary downtown but the c-train is only a 7 min walk.

The breakfast was adequate. It had a nice selection of cereals, bread for toast, eggs, and the coolest pancake machine. I just had to press a button and two pancakes appeared. They also had a variety of juices, and great coffee. It was nice and quiet for a great night's sleep.

The price point for this hotel is excellent and the service was exceptional. Every staff member I interacted with was wonderful and did their best to help me. Good deals with local businesses as well. Free breakfast was nice!
The parking is exceptionally tight and getting in/out of the area can be difficult. It is hard to blame the facility for this, though. The rooms are a bit dated for sure but there were no safety concerns that I had.

Disappointing
Location, we needed it right by the hospital so we could visit with a loved one before she passed.
It was dirty, there was hair and dirt all over the floors in the bathroom. In the corners on the floor especially. The bathroom was so light and bright you could see everything. The walls and doors were dirty.

Nice and helpful front desk guys and the housekeepers as well..Looks.like.the place had a recent renovation!
Loved the kitchenette, not expected, but used. We are traveling on our campervan and appreciated being able.to.park outside the window.
Good breakfast.
Walls are a bit thin, and we could hear the TV next door. But we were cozy in our space, so ignored it.
