2 mins from the train station for a quick ride into Calgary centre, bed really comfy and large room
water smelt and tasted a bit like mold when brushing teeth and showering

Great location--right beside metro to get downtown (which is not far away), and the University is right there, so that is nice. I enjoyed swimming laps in the pool in the morning, and soaking in the hottub for a good warming before checking out. Decent breakfast. The best staff.
The details of cleanliness could be improved. Everything was fine, just not tip top.

Pancakes for breakfast were delicious. Room was clean. Good working AC in the room. Good size TV. Lots of towels. Good location. Walking distance to the mall; close to public transportation.
I find pillows matrass are not comfortable (for me); no pen and small notepad; only shampoo and soap in the bathroom, but no shower gel. Missed small condiments like mayonnaise. Would love to have it with boiled eggs.

The bed was very comfortable. The room size was good and I love the cooking facilities, although I didn't use this time. I have stayed in the same hotel every time I'm in Calgary visiting my son.
What I didn't like too much was the breakfast. It's all 'cheap' food. The muffins so sweet and not very fresh. Could use some yogurt, bagels, cream cheese maybe.
