Location close to Foothills Hospital, Rapid transit so close.
well signs that the motel needs repairs , metal stairs need welding and repainted , railings need affixing to structure . I diddnt get to sleep there was in emerg at foothills. Would have liked the heater turned on at my arrival time

Location was perfect right next to the train station, breakfast was complimentary which was nice! Some good restaurants nearby, big rooms and really nice bathrooms.
Nothing it was 10/10

Wonderful
I was looking for a location close to The Foothills Hospital. I wanted something very clean but not overly expensive because I was only there to sleep and then I went back to the hospital for the whole day. The King bed was very comfortable.
My room had quite a bit of road noise but I was close to The Banff Trail. There were other rooms further back from the road that would have been quieter but road noise does not really bother me that much so I didn’t bother moving rooms.

Convenient location for my needs. It has a pool which was nice for the athletes.
They put me and my youth athletes in an outdoor room (it wasn't listed as such on my booking). Then made me pay more per night for each room inside the hotel. For the price I ended up having to pay, I could have stayed somewhere else that was nicer, in the same area. They were not accommodating or apologetic at all to the fact it was there mistake. The continental breakfast was very minimal.

This was an excellent location for us, only a five minute drive to a surgical facility. In the main building, everything was accessible for someone with difficulties walking. The small suite had a basic kitchen, required because we could not go out to restaurants. Not too fancy, but clean and suited our needs very well. Staff were pleasant.
Breakfast could have a few more items like yogurt, bananas and slightly larger cereal bowls. Not really a complaint though.

For the price of 2 queen beds, it is affordable with a kitchenette. Great for family who wants to cook/reheat food on the stove instead of just microwaving it. I like that its easy to find and very close to downtown area. It had basic necessities needed even for longer stay, table & chair for two, stove, small fridge, 3 plates and bowls, a few cutleries and a pot for the kitchenette. My teenager liked that theres a hair dryer in the washroom. Bed was comfortable to sleep, with air-con/heater available that we can adjust however we want.
I dont want to complain too much for such a price range/affordability but it would be nice to have a thicker or a different kind of blanket, like other reviews mentioned. I am someone who does not use wool type or fuzzy blankets because I get itchy, so I had to only use just the flat sheet and crank the heater higher. Im aware that I could’ve asked for something else(which probably wont be available)so its not the property’s fault but could be improved. Pillow was too soft it felt like I didn’t have any, good thing there was an extra i could use.
One more thing is the lack of body wash, i always have my own but it would be nice to have that in every room. But most importantly, CLEANLINESS, the room was clean when entered. I specifically chose this room so we can use the kitchenette. I was already gonna wash the plates and cutleries before use for safety precautions(even though it looked clean from the cabinet) the knives had sticky parts that I had to use /wash it with soaped cloth(provided) and hot water to remove it. I would advocate for management to tell cleaners to thoroughly check plates and cutleries as well for any visible food or gunk still stuck; when they go clean up after, running it in hot water wont get rid of it.

Location was great plus the room we had was spacious with 2 large windows, a sofa and kitchenette.
The mattress needs replacing and the thin blankets available were not adequate.
