Everything from check-in, staff, room comfort and cleanness, and a big shout out goes to "Erzia" for assisting us without luggage staying in the room while we could not check out. The whole team at this hotel is beyond exceptional. We definitely will go to this hotel!

Excellent Breakfast. Great coffee and tea selection. Amazing views of the river and downtown.
One of the 4 of us, a light sleeper, woke up to the sirens from the adjacent fire hall a few times overnight. The rest of the crew slept soundly on the awesome comfortable beds.

The location is ok but not great. Most of the main attractions and places to eat are 10-15 minutes walk.

The staff were vey welcoming and helpful and even in a busy reception, they noticed if you needed help. The rooms were as described, and above basic - comfy beds and good nights sleep.
We only stayed 2 nights and didn't use many facilities. It served us very well for a short stay.

Location: The hotel was next to the meeting point of Banff/jasper national parks tours; also it is within walkable distance to Calgary tower.
Room has a good size with nice view to Calgary tower

-Even though the room was in the 23rd floor , I can still hear every noise on the street as in the first floor, which does not allow you to sleep; no sound proof at all in the rooms window.
-As much as I appreciate the service provided in the breakfast, but it is too time consuming to have a breakfast( waiting 5-10 minutes to get a table, then waiting 5-10 minutes to make the order , and then waiting 20 minutes to get the breakfast). This was problematic for me as I have early daily tours and then early flight in the checkout day. I recommend to make buffet style.

The place was new and there's a nice restaurant on it.
They didn't really clean the whole room. We made sandwiches to go to the rockies early in the morning and we made the sandwiches in the table, and tidy everything after, but there was still some oil / butter in the table, and crums, and everything was there when we came back. This happened 2 days in a row. The beds were done but the rest of the room was not.
Location is not good. Unfortunately there's too many homeless / drug addicts right there. As a European citizen I did not feel safe walking in & out.

I was put in a lovely room that was overlooking the city with a view of CN tower. 16th floor. The room was probably one of the biggest hotel room I've ever been to. Extremely spacious. I've booked only for two nights to have some rest before flight home.
The hotel has parking and is nicely situated close to main arteries going in and out of downtown. I was bit affraid of navigating the downtown but it turned out to be super easy.
The beds were huge and rather soft but that is usually the case with hotel room beds, still pretty comfy. The breakfast was nice and it was restaurant style - where I'd select a menu each morning (as opposed to bufet style) still the portions were good size.
The location of the hotel is also pretty good. On the map it might look as it's on the edge of downtown, but downtown Calgary si actually rather small so for me, the location couldn't have been more perfect (especially as I avoided the down town traffic coming in).
Staff was nothing but welcoming everytime I interacted with them.

The ice vending machine woke me up multiple times during the night. It stopped around 2 am. At 5 am I woke up from banging and loud conversations at the elevator area. I hardly had any sleep.
