Wonderful
The location is very central, not far from the airport, or the main attractions. The hotel is in a quiet area, and as it is part of downtown, it provides easy access to the Saddledome and other venues.
I would have liked a microwave either in the room or on floors. The a/c ~ heater was a bit erratic as I couldn't figure out how to get it not too hot not too cold

Great stay. Had to pay for hotel parking. Expected it to be included. You could hear all the noises coming from hallway. Mo insulation. The bed was super comfy and room was modern and up keeped.

Room and bathroom. I have allergies to turning on the heat, so we stayed without heat in a cold room. The bathroom has fewer things, no extra towels, no glass, etc.

Negatives: No valet. Paid parking. No bell boy. Toiletries had to be requested. Slippers had to be requested. No robes offered. Tight parking. I had to go back down to the parking lot to get my license plate number. Their staff barely do anything for guests. If you don't get the plate number in time, a third party company that manages the parking lot will ticket you!!! Staff were not clear about that, and when I confronted them that they should have been clearer, they were quite dismissive and rude.

The hotel is clean and the rooms have a nice city view.
Wifi is not the best, it disconnects every once in a while. There is always some light coming in the room from below the door. There is no central electricity panel for the room, so you have to turn the lights on and off one by one and manually. Overall, the hotel seems to be old. I expected more from Delta. The breakfast is on menu, and there is no buffet. There are not many options.

The room's heat fan was terrible. We stayed without heat because it caused me allergies. Many items were missing in the washroom: glasses, extra towels, and more. Breakfast was good. Parking is around $40, including tax charged per night.

Kind staff, good location, nice room
The breakfast was decent, but the choices were very limited, and you’re only allowed one drink and one plate. The portions were small, and considering the price, I expected much more variety and better value for money. The biggest disappointment was the spa and pool area. Both were in poor condition—outdated and poorly maintained. The room itself was a bit of a mixed bag. While it was renovated, the windows were old and thin, making it hard to enjoy a peaceful sleep. There was a lot of outside noise, which was really annoying.
