The food was not great. My daughter had a waffle that was so dry it crumbled. My husband had a same experience with the buscuit for his eggs Benedict.

Friendly staff from the front desk, restaurant, to housekeeping. Greeted as I entered the front doors and directed for an employee. Nice touch!

The hotel was easy to get to and the parkade was easy to access.
Comfortable beds and pillows.
All the signage in the underground lot indicates to pay for parking there. When I went upstairs to check in, the front desk worker said “no ma’am you should not have done that” and then said he wouldn’t charge me for parking! Like, no kidding as I already paid for parking downstairs. If hotel guests shouldn’t pay for parking, some signage in the actual parkade is needed.
Very thin walls make for a noisy night. Cats raced up and down the street all night and we could hear every word our neighbours said.
When we checked in, no one told us where the pool was, where breakfast was or at what time.

Very good location, everything is walkable. Even to Stampede (that might be a longer walk though) Breakfast was really good and staff super nice at all times.
You could open the windows to let in fresh air. Bathroom was very spacious
Pool area a bit dated, still very clean tough.
