Staff was wonderful, room was clean amd comfy, pool was so fun for the kids. They had complimentary cookies, coffee in the lobby and even a scavenger hunt for the kids. Great place to stay!
Breakfast wasn't the best I've had, a little bland, but still had lots of options.

2 queen beds were comfortable.
The room was only so/so clean & the shower didn't drain, which would bring up a bunch of gross stuff from the drain. There was a spill of pop or coffee down the bathroom wall under the light switch that hasn't been wiped. We showered down in the pool room to avoid the shower in the room.
In the morning, they send you a note to ty, etc, and ask you for your checkout time, which i filled it to be 11. At 10:30, we were in our room, packing up & getting ready for the day & all of a sudden, someone uses a key to open our door! Thank goodness I used the bar on the door so it didn't fully open! I went out to see what the heck & it was the cleaner, who, instead of knocking, used her key to try & enter our room! When I opened the door, she said she thought that the front desk made an error on our exit time & so wanted to see if we were there! UMMM, knock for goodness sake! And, why send it a message for check out time, just to have it ignored by the staff upstairs?!
The young lady who I spoke to about it at check out was friendly, but to be honest, the fact she just used her key to open the door still has me freaked out!!! It's completely unacceptable!

Our room was comfortable but very dated and in need of updating.
Breakfast was very disappointing. The breakfast sausage looked very under cooked, the eggs were very unappetitizing.

Pool was small but waterslide was a great feature for the kids, and adults too
We requested an early check-in and were promised a call when room was ready, but no call came. When we arrived for the prescribed 4:00 check-in, room still was not ready!!

Comfy bed, friendly staff
Room was a bit dated. Couch had rips in it, the water pressure was terrible, the fridge was leaking which lead to a huge wet spot on the rug and a moist smell in the room.
Breakfast was way too busy/crowded and unorganized . Not enough seats, too tight of a space and the placement of all the food and etc. was pretty crampy.
The pool was nice, however we booked for the water slide for our toddler and it was way too fast and aggressive for her to go down. The pool area was tidy but could have used a good clean. There were private swimming lessons going on as well, which wa odd and not really adequate for the space and amount of people in the pool.

Beds were comfortable, staff cleaned our rooms and made sure we have clean towels every 2 days, have a nice long counter we can easily eat our food in, the complimentary breakfast and has a doorway to the back parking lot making it easier for us to go to our car since it is parked at the back.
Not a big fan of the washroom sink, it's hard to get the perfect temperature I want with it's knob and when I was washing my face it leaves a mess of water on the counter especially since it is nearby a hairdryer, bathtub knob was so confusing to use before we take bath/shower, the nightstand dresser knob was loose have to screw it back on, bathtub has a small dirty spot close to the drainer, fridge was too small to fit some of our things to keep fresh and wish we can have streaming apps for the tv instead of cable channels.
