Great location. Very friendly & welcoming staff.
Hotel needs to attend to many things --
1. Carpets in the corridor leading to the room look worn & dirty.
2. Breakfast room is extremely small - you have to literally trip over each other. Extend the hours & reduced the tables.
3. Left luggage space for guests is being used like a dump. No space.

Friendly staff!
Bad neighborhood. Also, nothing like a dog barking at 7 am. to wake you up. Also, the coin laundry room right across from my room made sure I was not sleeping in.

I didn’t like our room that’s connected to the other room. I can hear them. I asked the front if we can change the room but ithey’re fully booked.

We got upgraded to a King Suite. The room was obviously newly renovated, and the bathroom was beautiful, with a full rain shower and bench in the shower. Breakfast was basic, but adequate. Best part was, we had to stay here overnight, on our way back to BC, and the hotel is directly on Hwy 1 West. Leave the parking lot, turn right, and the next stop is Banff!

Room was clean and updated. Bathroom cleaner than most hotel rooms.
Bathroom fan was terribly noisy like a jet taking off. Breakfast was okay, but room poorly arranged so people are in each other's way constantly. I don't understand why this { and many other breakfasts} can't seem to provide good coffee! A very small cost for really improved breakfast experience!
