Breakfast was OK not great
Traffic noise we faced 16 Avenue and it sounded like the window was open all night and it wasn’t got very little sleep with the traffic noise and also the noise in the hallways

Breakfast was typical and OK. Location near the Bow river and pet friendly. Beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet.
The smell of musk and mildew as soon as you walk in the building was overwhelming with my allergies. I had to put an air freshener in the room to tolerate the smell. With that it was overpriced for a place that can negatively impact people with these types of allergies. The guest bathroom was out of order on the second floor. Staff did not know thier pet policy very well and made judgements, retrain them on why people travel with their pets and that a pet may have to stay in a room unattended (thus a cell contact number on the pet form), we stayed there because of location near where my Sister was graduating from and we will not leave an animal in a vehicle in a public parking lot in the summer. I hope who reads this gets that. Btw, the one picture is of crystal meth that I found across the street from this hotel, not the hotels problem, just a heads up, your child or pet could have found this. It's in the landfill now.

It was clean and the staff were friendly.
There was no pool and the people in the room next to ours were arguing at 12 am and we could hear every word.

The location of the hotel is good, room was good, and the beds were nice. The check-in process was smooth.
The breakfast was really poor, no varieties and everything was bakery, no eggs nor protein. Also, there was no shower gel or body wash in the bathroom, instead there was just a small soap that was not well interacting with water. Also, I asked for an additional hour before the check-out to leave at 12 pm instead of 11 am, and I was told that "sorry, we cannot do this, this is not possible because there are some new arrival". I don't think that there are any person can do check-in at 11 am (even if for early check-in) when the regular check-in time is 3 pm. Anyway, to be honest, I was allowed to stay until 11:30 am to have the check-out.

The staff was very hospitable. I like the layout of the building. I like how quiet the street that it is on, was. I loved the shower area. I love, love, love the pressure of the water.
There were a couple places that could be wiped. The bottom hinge on shower door and behind/side of the armchair.

We arrived fairly late at night and there were still parking spaces for our hire car. We have stayed at Days Inn before and this was fairly typical. Big, clean rooms and great for an overnight stay for our family, booking two rooms. Breakfast was included in a fairly small cafeteria style area and more like continental style with no meat options. However we all liked the waffles option with maple syrup easily made fresh in the machine provided. Staff were friendly and accommodating.
Nothing really to complain about here. The price was reasonable.

Staff was always very welcoming and friendly
Noise travelled easily through walls. Location wasn’t ideal, it was not near much. Room was outdated and bathroom wasn’t overly clean.
