They accused me of stealing a face towel, made me go back to room to look for it. It was on the bathtub.Had to take photos and prove it was there to get my deposit back.If i was able to pay for the stay and put a damage deposit down why would I steal a face towel.. Customer service sucks do better.

There is only one waffle maker for breakfast so the wait can be very long at peak times. Late guests were VERY loud and did not care that they might be disturbing others.

Ok,just the basic stuff.
Booking.com said I could check in early no mention of a fee, even asked what time.
I arrived at 2:00 said it be a 25.00 extra charge, check in is at 4:00.
Then Booking.com shouldn't of giving me a choice or stated extra charge.
Most Hotels are 3:00 would of choice another.
Also had a dog the room was so far from the elevator 2nd to last, requested a closer room so it was easier to get the dog out to do there business.
Because early check in.
Will not ever stay again or recommend, nickel and dime you.
