I was having surgery at the Holy Cross Surgical center and stayed with my son who drove me home after. For the price of the room I was quite happy with everything and the staff were great.
The bathroom faucet handle was hard to operate . A small thing as I mentioned the price for the room was excellent.

The bed and pillows were very comfy.
The bathroom was so small that you couldn’t wipe your butt without smacking an elbow into the tiny counter. Also had to flush twice every single time. Not water friendly as the many posters in the lobby advertise.
Also being on the “first” floor, yet had to take the scary elevator, that at one point wouldn’t open to let us out, to the second floor.
Street level parking was minimal, so had to park underground, which is typically ok, but it was disgusting with the amount of bird poop piling up so much that most parking stalls were unusable.

No windows could open, meaning no fresh air. As we all had head colds on arrival we were coughing and sneezing and unable to open windows for health and hygiene.
Very old and loud heater/fan/air-conditioner.
The hotel states it is eco friendly, but paper.cups were provided in room and paper plates at breakfast.

It was comfortable.
It wasn't the cleanest. Bobby pin on the carpet, hair in the tub and sink. Requested a pet room when booking as says all pet friendly, then day before stay, not pet rooms available, not sure how that works.

Underground parking. Breakfast was decent.
Hot water lacking. Called front desk and they said to run it for 5 minutes. Ironic during water restrictions. Gym needs more free weights but pretty decent for the size.
