Wonderful
Very nice hotel, comfortable room and bed. The included breakfast was good and all at a reasonable price. Dinner on our evening of arrival was good at a reasonable price and very good service.
My only gripe is that for a hotel of that size, one elevator was not enough.

The room had clean bathroom and bed was clean. Location was good with enough space for car parking. TV was good and enough space to arrange cloth for small family. Breakfast had a very limited option for vegetarian people that includes fruits, curd, juice, coffee, potato patty, bread and milk.
Limited facility to get hot water to drink. No changing room at swimming pool. Pool water had too much clorine that my eyes started burning within 2-3 mins. Room carpet became sticky with spilled water on it. Coffee machine was leaking.

The bed was comfy. And housekeeping those a good job
Customer service is poor. The waiter at the restaurant was extremely rude. Tried to gaslight I and my sister because we questioned why the meal was being delayed. He even said it wasn't his fault & even implied it was our fault. When I demanded an apology he got really upset. We left and never went there again. I recommend eating elsewhere if you must stay that this hotel.

The only positives about the hotel were its convenient location and the breakfast. It was close to everything, the breakfast was hot, and the buffet staff were attentive and friendly.
The hotel is outdated and has not been renovated in a long time. Housekeeping was unavailable for most of the day, as they only seem to work for a few hours (during check out times). The front desk staff were not helpful, and communication was difficult due to the language barrier (especially Russian staff) . It appears that the entire hotel is run by just one staff member handling all responsibilities, so don’t expect room service or prompt assistance.

Very comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, very friendly staff. Good facilities, including the use of the swimming pool. Very helpful breakfast staff.
Perhaps a little difficult to use the pool as no changing facilities, have to walk down and back in swimming things, although towel provided.

Stayed one night travelling from Vancouver to TO. It was clean and beds were comfortable but it was basic. Nothing stands out as exception and nothing stands out as awful.
It was a little pricey compared to other (comparable) stops along the way.
The gap under the door let in quite a bit of light at night.
