It was comfortable.
It wasn't the cleanest. Bobby pin on the carpet, hair in the tub and sink. Requested a pet room when booking as says all pet friendly, then day before stay, not pet rooms available, not sure how that works.

Underground parking. Breakfast was decent.
Hot water lacking. Called front desk and they said to run it for 5 minutes. Ironic during water restrictions. Gym needs more free weights but pretty decent for the size.

The convenience being close to downtown
The breakfast was not explained in the beginning so we had to go back to our room to grab a breakfast pass as well there is only cold or boiling water in the premises
