The pool area was overcrowded.
Hot tub is small and crowded with kids diving and no one is reminding them.

Location: excellent.
Value: terrible. Way too much money paid for a hotel with no breakfast included and the need to pay for parking. Ridiculous.
Parking should be free for the amount paid to stay at the hotel. Food was very underwhelming.

Liked the location. Very convenient as it was close to other family that we were visiting.
Liked that it was clean and smelled fresh.
Extremely loud music coming from the restaurant next to the lobby upon our arrival. So loud it was hard to hear the receptionist at the desk.

Walking distance to the South Health Campus hospital so convenient for those with medical appointments or surgeries. Also right across the Seton strip mall so again very good location.
Reception was also very nice. The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant.
Food at the Rendezvous was just mediocre and on the pricey side.
