The staff were absolutely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The front desk team greeted us with great energy and were always helpful when we arrived and left. The front staff went above and beyond for my 2 year old son making him feel special and comfortable ( Thank you all). The restaurant staff made sure we were well taken care of and truly made us feel special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, the hotel and its amazing staff made our stay exceptional.
The only thing I would note is that I wasn’t aware that if breakfast wasn’t booked in advance, we wouldn’t be able to pay for the buffet that morning. It would’ve been nice to have that option available or communicated beforehand.

Wonderful
Great room size and very comfortable with everything we needed including 2 tv's with fta chanels. Free parking and easy access (9km) to the airport.
Breakfast was included and was aweful. No choice of cereals, orange juice was an extra cost. Tea was served in a paper cup desite there being a pile of ceramic mugs. My 'just a plain omlete' was squashed onto a plate of un-asked for fried potatoes. Really who wants whiskey and bison or apple and chicken sausages?
Dinner was similar, lots if unwanted ingredients. And when I said I wanted to take a dessert to my room I got a box (no plate) with each ingredient seperated and a cut up strawberry.innthe cardboard box and two lots of plastic knife, fork and spoons in plastic bags.
Same situation in the room, paper cups, plastic bags of sugar etc and no milk (extra $5.50....
Far too much that I didnt enjoy about eating here.

The list is too long but the biggest thing was the culture of the staff, it was like they had been told to make life as difficult for customers as possible. Definitely do not expect to use the gym / pool facilities after check out at 10am. We had a flight that day at 8pm. These guys are the complete opposite of helpful. That includes the manager.

I went for w alk and wasn't impressed to listen to the prayer being sent over a loudspeaker ALL day. I am glad that I couldn't hear it from my room.
