Location. Staff, value.
Once was very nice, need some TLC. Carpets and room were stained and worn. Pool and Jacuzzi were less than clean.

TV Streaming very good as an option to TV, Breakfast attendant Idena made scrambled eggs fresh for us, we were late to breakfast and only cheese ones left, we are unable to eat cheese. Thank You Idena. Very Clean, and comfortable beds, good value for money and facilites.
Toilet was tight in washroom, one walking machine needed repairs, bigger numbers for heat control to small to read in dim light to make adjustemnts was fine in daytime to adjust. Second Tv in room wish had streaming like the Frst 1 did.

Has a warm homey feeling & great breakfast. Enjoyed it so much after my overnight airport stay that missed my flight due to poor time management! Also appreciated the Black Friday deal offered to me.

The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good and all of the staff were remarkable! A perfect location, we had appointments at the Peter Lougheed early in the morning.
The mattresses were hard and uncomfortable. Both my son and I tossed and turned through the night, trying to find a comfortable position.
