The front desk gave our room key code to another group of men that checked in and they walked into our room at 11pm. I called the front desk and the clerk said sorry but then called our room 3 times after.

Enjoying some time in the pool was very relaxing :) we also liked the location close to the airport.

The complimentary breakfast was a nice to have. The Genius rate I got via booking.com was very good - I was traveling alone as a coach for an amateur sporting team and this location was near the venue with free parking - the first venue I looked at had a good price too but valet parking which I didn't want. I used the hot tub and the pool here.
More fruit and some other healthier choices would be nice at the breakfast - but overall it was pretty decent considering it was included in the price. It's a typical complimentary hotel breakfast offering. It saved my team some money not having to pay for me to get breakfast elsewhere.
Someone left their crack pipe and assorted paraphernalia in plain sight on a surface in the bathroom just off the pool - more regular rounds to clean up that sort of nonsense would be useful. I just hope it didn't belong to a staff member.
The door to the elevator was quirky and should be serviced.

Really enjoyed the "country" atmosphere of the complex; it was less blocky/institutional than many of the hotels we stayed in. The upgrade to a king suite from a king room was appreciated. Breakfast with real cutlery and plates was a standout after several days of plastic and paper.
Older remodeled hotel in great shape except for a slight musty smell in our room.

Bed was quite comfy, no noisy interruptions, ease of check-in.
Breakfast was just adequate. Would have preferred some other protein choice other than very crisp bacon. Coffee was terrible. Ended up having to dump it. Way too strong and bitter

This one exceeded our expectations. The location was great in terms of being off the main road and quiet in spite of amenities like gas stations and restaurants being close by. Our room was a spacious and comfortable suite with a living room/area and couch and 2 TVs (one in the living room). It was easy to get Netflix on the bedroom TV, and it also had a sleep timer which many TVs don't nowadays (dunno why!). There was a good exhaust fan in the bathroom and the HVAC in the room worked fine. The included breakfast was also very good.
No USB outlets near the bed, had to use adapters. Soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the bathroom would have been nice in this otherwise well-equipped room.

Good value for money with plenty of car parking. Nice restaurants around. Would benefit from having a bar. Breakfast was complimentary, so,
quite ok in circumstances.
Rooms are a bit dated, could do with a refresh. Made room very dark.air conditioning noisy. Missed out on cookies both days!
