The staff working in the dinning area for breakfast stood out. Very nice people and hard working.

Disappointing
I didn't like how long it takes for front desk to answer the phone. The bathroom had a horrible smell, like dirty diapers. They didn't changed the sheets.I found garbage under the covers of the bed. I'm not visiting this place again.Rather sleep in my car

The hotel was located within easy reach of the Calgary airport and the Whitehorn train station( by vehicle). We used the train system to get into downtown Calgary which was less stressful than driving. Our room was a nice size clean and comfortable but I would recommend getting new fitted sheets as the one on the bed did not stay in place

Nothing strikes me about the property except the proximity to airport. Staff was kind to bag some breakfast for our flight at 5 am
Its very difficult to find. Im unhappy that the staff forgot to return my credit card , I expect her to call me immediately and return it. Instead she left message for the next shift to follow up. When I discovered that it late at night - I was furious and approached the staff . Im furious that no one took the responsibility to return the card to me till I asked.
There is a smoking smell in the room even though this is a non smoking hotel.
