That it had a whirlpool even if the jets barely worked.
Whirlpool had poor function. Front desk was hostile before I even said hello. Price was outrageous for what we got. Pillows flattened to nothing. Location is not prime for money spent.

Breakfast was delicious- had something for everyone. There were 6 of us staying at the hotel and everyone was happy.
Location was perfect for the things we had do while in Calgary.
The pool was perfect for the children and was clean.

Everything except how I was treated when I checked in.
The person who checked me in. I felt judged, and she was quite snotty. Asked for verification, which is fine, but in all my years of checking in, I've never been asked so many questions. Will not be staying here again.

Breakfast was good with several choices.
The poor staff member in the kitchen was working all alone. There were 2 big tour busses there when we were there. That is too much to expect one person to manage on their own! She did a remarkable job of it. Indra was her name. The hotel is very lucky to have such a remarkable hard working staff member. I thought she was being taken advantage of by the owners expecting her to work alone.

We had a great stay at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Calgary-Northeast. The suite was surprisingly spacious, with a separate little living room that made it feel extra comfortable. Breakfast was a definite highlight—lots of variety to suit everyone’s taste. The location is perfect, close to plenty of stores and amenities, and just a short drive from the airport.
