Staff were friendly.
Hot tub broken. Hotel room was dirty, tub was falling apart with mold seen on handle. Floor was pretty stained and felt dirty

We have been staying couple times here. It very nice hotel, but to be honest this time we have been little disappointed...
TV didn't work, when I asked for help they told I need to wait until 12pm noon, when was basically my checkout. There wasn't space at all in breakfast room, because it was too busy.
We have been waiting for 10 minutes with my wife and then just decided to go out.

The welcoming front entrance into a ‘Country Mansion’ feeling. Sound proofed rooms. Lots of counter space in the bathroom and multiple sources of different lighting.
Lack of water pressure - older clogged shower head.

24 hr check-in; good pressure in shower; large TV; fridge; windows that open; great parking.
Only 4 tinyl, flat pillows on a large king bed (requested 4 more, received 2); very warm in hallways and room (thankfully we were able to open windows) ;no bottles of water in room on arrival; tiny, old coffee maker (only 1 package of regular coffee); front room in suite was dark (no natural light); furniture in front room had stains so I didn't feel comfortable sitting on it; breakfast wasn't great (weird textured scrambled eggs & sausages + dry waffle).Biggest disappointment was no USB ports. Seriously, in this day & age...ditch the landline phone in the room and add lamps with USB ports! We were particularly annoyed because we stayed 3 nights and noticed our phones weren't charging properly and my flat iron wouldn't stay on. We attributed it to being a dated hotel and were able to charge the phones in our vehicle. On the 3rd night, we realized the plug had literally melted our charging block! Scary. We reported it to front desk who apologized - but there was no offer for any kind of credit when we showed them our melted/burned charging block. This was room 314 - a definite safety hazard - so hopefully they fix it before anyone else stays in there.

The hotel was in good shape. A clean room.
The breakfast was not acceptable. Ultraprocessed dietary items were not enjoyable. The items were of the"warm em up" variety. If the bacon was really bacon, that was a stretch. High processed eggs as well. Other guests staying there commented similarly. Coffee was not great.
