The Shiwer was. Life.
Our room was on the highway side and it was very loud due to the traffic noise! Also you can hear your neighbors room chatter like they were in your room.

Wonderful
Comfortable suite, ok breakfast and they helped me join their loyalty program for a free late check out. There’s a laundry room for guests.
It’s a bit remote but there’s a new outdoor restaurant “mall” within 5 kms.

Cleanliness easy access close where I wanted go
Well property was good but I have to cable was poor for me to many sports channels not enough even a movie channel of some sort and also I in iw this is in many hi tell but snack corner come in now outrageous prices I understand make things available come now. Small container of potatoes ch I pop a 7 $ when you can just go down the street 7 $ y. An by 2 bags and a drink for same price. If you want people ton buy lower the prices people would buy. That my only biggest complaint

Convenient to YYC
The only thing I didn’t like was the window coverings. Weren’t able to draw them , which in turn allowed the big street light to shine brightly into the room! My only complaint….

I liked that it was very close to the airport! The parking lot looked clean, and inside was very tidy, and they had fresh lemon water out for people to enjoy. Very nice seating area in the lobby!

The bed was comfortable. It was a very nice size room.
Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly . It was excellent value. Included free airport shuttle, which was appreciated.
It was just an ok breakfast - considering it was the least expensive of all the airport hotels and it included a free shuttle to the airport, The breakfast was perfectly reasonable.

Wonderful
The facility is welcoming and comfortable. I like the various sitting areas at the entrance and lemon infused water that is available 24/7; the breakfast area is pleasant and the hot tub is wonderful to be in. The staff have always been welcoming and accommodating.
There are some signs of wear and tear that have not been addressed, but it hasn't interfered with our comfort.

Nothing the property look new but was really old outdated
The rooms had bed bugs and they didn’t even change the bed sheets, the cleaning staff was asked is they changed the pillows or covers and they said no they don’t change it. They’re were bed bugs and human hair on the sheets, I had to change rooms 5 times until we found a room with new sheets. The breaded was horrible too

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable — it was such a great sleep! The room was large and spacious, and the bathroom was also very clean and nice. A big plus was the free airport shuttle! The driver was very friendly and helped with the luggage. Another great advantage is that breakfast was included in the price.
The only downside was the internet connection — it didn’t work very well and kept disconnecting from time to time.

The breakfast was very good, which was your typical continental breakfast. It included hot pancakes, hard, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, and sausages. I didn’t have the cereal or the yogurt, but the bagels were decent. I really enjoyed the lemon infused water.
When I went to go use the treadmill, the inclines were broken on both treadmills. There was no soap in the sub dispenser for the shower in the pool room. We needed extra towels and on two occasions there was nobody at the front desk.

Good price, better price and this is definitely the best price. This was the greatest draw to this property Convenient to the airport and Park2Go. Lemon water and coffee awaits you upon arrival. Cozy sitting area with a TV. The free breakfast is much better than most hotels offer. There are both hot and cold selections which is really nice. We never used the pool but it looked nice and definitely clean. Our room was a king size which we enjoyed. Plenty of room to just sit and lounge.
The only iffy thing was that the black out curtains didn’t fold over and stay put. We used one of the hangers with pinch clips to hold the curtains together. A staff member just needed to put the curtain hook back on and it would be fine.
