The pool was super warm and a lot of fun! The breakfast was just the right amount, and the beds were comfy. The lady in the morning was super sweet. We ran out of shampoo, and the cleaning ladies were right on it to help us out. There was no wait time
The 1 male staff member at the desk was a bit too opinionated in a negative sort of way. Our blankets had a bit of a stagment smell ( that not dried all the way smell).

Good location. Room was clean and satisfactory. No wash cloths or bath mat in room. Although room was ready an hour ahead of check in time, man at desk was not overly welcoming.
Add bath mat and wash cloths to room. Would be nice if staff smiled more.

The breakfast was great and the staff was lovely. The pool looked great but it didn't open until 9 so we didn't get to use it. Our room was spacious and clean and there was lots of parking.
The air conditioner in our room was broken and leaking. Also one of the lifts was very scary and actually stopped at one point.

Breakfast was typical but done one quite well.
Elevator was out for our entire stay.
Room safe was inoperative.
Room maid service was handled on an on-demand basis, not automatically -e.g. bath towells were not changed and bed was not made without a specific request.

Elevator broken down, missed breakfast entire time as the hour to close was earlier than previous trips and didn’t match our schedule.
