The breakfast was good and the kids enjoyed the pool, though its very loud and echo-ey in pool room.
There were no towels or floor mats in our room upon arrival. The toilet did not flush and the WiFi did not work.
The bed was quite lumpy as well as the pillows.

Breakfast was very good. Room was decent. Location was great, parking was very good. Staff was very friendly. I would consider staying again in the future.
Internet was rather slow. AC unit was noisy and had no 'fan only' setting which was inconvenient. The bed mattress wasn't bad but the individual pillows were high considering they were four. The no of pillows was good but they needed to be lower to be able to stack if needed. Of course this depends on the user. Others might find them great.
There was no cutlery whatsoever, no mugs except for four disposable ones that would be renewed only if room service was requested or if we go to reception and request them.
TV was very old and small given our times. Shower has no handheld piece so we cannot clean tub or shower walls from soap after taking a shower.

Comfortable rooms but original room faced McLeod Trail so due to loud road noise switched to rear of hotel.
Front rooms were very noisy with traffic noise. Had handicapped bathroom....no counter space for personal items.

This accommodation was overall the best in every way, (compared with other accommodations) during my entire road trip, considering price, cleanliness, interior appearance, comfort, facility options (pool, gym), location, and breakfast provisions.

The morning staff were wonderful. The women were great and very helpful.
Very clean bathroom.
The man who was on the night shift was not very friendly. He was not mean either. He just seemed tired.
Also there was only one towel in our room. Easy fix, but I was surprised that there were no hand towels, etc.

It was super convenient for our stay as we were visiting for the Calgary Stampede. A quick 10 minute bus ride up the road to the Stampede grounds or a quick taxi ride.
We enjoyed the pool facilities (although no water on the slide which made it a little tricky to slide down!). The breakfast was ok and suited our needs.
The room was very warm - no AC as far as we could work out, just some kind of ventilation fan. The window was facing the main road so was too noisy to leave open at night. Breakfast room was also very warm! And got very busy around 9am.
The elevator was out of service for the entirety of our trip - we were on the 4th floor which wasn't ideal. We weren't given any kind of update. I would have appreciated the offer of a small discount for the inconvenience.
