I stayed here because of a flight change and the shuttle to and from the airport was a big bonus. The staff were very friendly And the breakfast was good.
The sofa and carpet in the room were very dirty and stained. Thankfully I didn’t need the sofa and I had sandals to wear around the room.

The pool was under maintenance and it was the only reason we booked it. We were not informed prior to booking that it wouldn’t be available. They offered no compensation for the lack of pool

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Surroundings were quiet. Very close to the airport. Great shuttle service.
Breakfast could have more fresh fruit and a waffle maker. The pancake maker did not work all the time.

Property was clean, breakfast was decent (nothing special but not bad)
We booked this hotel specifically for its pool and the gym as I have physio to do. We were not told that the pool and gym were shut down, the hotel refused to give us a discount and only offered for us to drive across the city to use facility’s at another location.

They provide a shuttle service to and from the airport. We just had to call them when we arrived and waited for about 20 minutes. The shuttle driver was nice, respectful and friendly. The front desk staff was also nice and pleasant even at past midnight when we arrived. Room was clean but a little dated. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the typical hotel buffet breakfast. The staff the next morning (breakfast area, front desk, and shuttle driver) were all nice, smiling, welcoming and pleasant.
The pool was under maintenance when we were there so we weren't able to use it.
