The ladies at the front desk were exceptional. Staff was friendly.
We mainly only want internet connection for PS5, a pool, and a hot hot tub when choosing where to stay.
Unfortunately, the hot tub was not hot or even on the warmer side. It also was not functioning properly (no jets, water movement), so it was like taking a barely luke warm bath with others. Yuck. The pool was good.
We checked out early and stayed at another hotel for the next night of our trip.
Internet had a block, so we couldn't connect the PS5.
The manager, once I pushed to speak to them and he came to the hotel, was accommodating and did do his best to rectify the issues.

The hotel was nice, but the hotel was under some construction. The pool was nice, but chlorine levels were really high. A purple bathing suit is now pink and my child has a huge rash from the levels. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre, hot breakfast was not great, but stick to bagels and cereal and it was fine. Location was good, close to restaurants and the #1 highway. Had some transient folks use the pool restroom when they were not registered guests. Didn’t seem like it phased the workers and they were just allowed to do this. Okay hotel, probably wouldn’t stay again. But got a good price on Booking.com.

After a long trip, a clean room with very comfortable beds were very welcome. This is not a new fancy hotel, but to get some rest it was great. Free breakfast had eggs and pancakes among other things!

Nothing very dirty carpets and previous guests socks behind the tv desks.
I would like to share feedback from my recent hotel stay. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was unwelcoming. After an 11-hour drive, I was disappointed by a staff member who lacked basic hospitality skills. When I requested an extra blanket, I was asked unnecessary questions about why I needed it.
Additionally, the hotel doesn't provide playpens or cribs, and there is no room service you have to down to get anything for yourself.
While the room and pool were acceptable, the room didn't feel clean; I found a used sock behind the TV desk, and when I reported it, I received no apology—only a suggestion to dispose of it myself.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as improvements in service and cleanliness are needed for a better guest experience.

The staff were excellent, very kind and helpful. The room was large and the beds were very comfortable and quiet
There was a lot of water mess from the swimming pool in the hallways, lobby and elevator.
The van used for airport pick ups and drop offs smelled very strongly of petrol
