Breakfast was good but it would have been great if it’s free. The hotel over all is very clean.
The Premier Room has no connection to the hotel. After the conference we have to walk outside to access the hotel.

Great location. Room’s were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Rooms were quiet. The onsite restaurant was great for breakfast and food. There are restaurants close by within walking distance.

Nice location with lots of stores/restaurants nearby, easy to get around.
Our room during our stay didn’t have a working AC, I did get a floor fan from the front desk. The room did lack cleanliness in some areas.

On all of our stays we booked room based on picture in select rooms. Showed in photo two armchairs. Only one of costed with office chair. As we were in Calgary for my eye surgery on all occasions and the fact that we are in our seventies comfort ability is our foremost need . Always one person trying to relax on a bed and converse or watch tv with one partner sitting on bed. This time we were told by clerk . “By default all rooms shown come with 2 chairs and an office chair and possibly in middle of renovation . We again found 1 chair . Called desk and was told they would bring another chair. One was found. Another desk chair. The attenden graciously left returning sometime later having found another chair in storage on 13th floor. We will cancel future bookings and find location with furniture. By now the industry should realise this is a temporary home away from home and more seniors than business people are starting to travel.

Very clean, modern room , very comfortable bed and pillows, washroom and food area was a nice addition ( modern look), will definitely stay here again and recommend too. A lot of restaurants in the area, seafood city, TNT and other grocery etc.
Thought breakfast was included, I must’ve pushed wrong button when booking lol
