Property quite busy when i was there,
Unfortunately we don’t have a chance
To stay there.
Because according the staff my booking wasn’t go thru with there system.
I ask the staff to find a way because it was last minute already then we travel far and yet.
Staff said we have nothing to help about us.
For me i will never book again with that hotel.
Staff aren’t accommodating,and they told me that i need to find another hotel. because our booking didn’t Ho thru in there system.

When I did checking out, one of the staff named Lilliana changed payment card for me quickly. She was so nice. I appreciate her.
If you have some veggies for breakfast, I think it would be more great.

I liked the room, the pool, the restaurants.
I didn't liked the breakfast, it was repetitive and it had same food with no options for vegans like outmeal or plain yogurt or veggies.

Big rooms, city view, fashionably upgraded, tasty breakfast, gorgeous foyer, local pictures. It was exactly in the right place for what we needed. The outdoor pool is hit or miss due to weather. But HITS when it’s warm!
The parking is tough sometimes.
