Big rooms, city view, fashionably upgraded, tasty breakfast, gorgeous foyer, local pictures. It was exactly in the right place for what we needed. The outdoor pool is hit or miss due to weather. But HITS when it’s warm!
The parking is tough sometimes.

The room had an amazing city view and a modern, stylish design.
The swimming pool was clean, but it was often crowded, and there were not enough lounge chairs available.

Good check in
Toilet stopped up overnight and we had to go down 10 floors to Lobby when we needed restroom most. Staff was not near as helpful or concerned. I was told 30 minutes when first told them and had to go back 75 minutes later and press to get this taken care of. The maintenance man finally came and left a huge mess of toilet water on the floor that I had to clean up before we could finish getting ready to leave. At checkout out , I felt it more than fair to ask for a discounted room rate and was denied at the time of request and by a manager who called later and told me that the room is fine. This room was over $500 with a defective toilet which forced us to go to the lobby several times in the early morning hours, then we were accused of lying about it.

Parking lot was very big no issues with finding a spot. King bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The outdoor pool looked very inviting on the hot day, but we arrived too late to jump in for a swim.
The air conditioning unit in the room was much louder than other hotels we have stayed in. So loud that my ears were ringing in the morning, not much sleep that night for my husband and I. The free breakfast buffet was very poor and bad quality with very limited choices.The sausages my husband tried were very poor tasting and the toast options were open bags of bread which everyone rummaged through to grab a slice. This is very unhygienic. Finally we had to be served by the staff if we wanted anything to drink. Refills were very slow to come around. The staff then but an invoice on the table as they want you to fill out an amount for a tip. Come on this is a bit much.

staff was great,loved the goody bag and dog friendliness,dog bowl, treat for her even a bed,just wonderful,staff was kind, only problem r keys kept blinking out.nice bar and rest,outdoor space,Wish the pool and hot tub were outside but still clean,and lovely.

The kids loved the outdoor pool.
I was disappointed by the age of the room - for what we paid. The bathroom was very small - and there was no way to adjust the temperature in the room. I was told it was an upgraded room - but that was not the case.

Location met our needs. Lovely free breakfast.. comfortable beds.
I called ahead to ensure bathroom was accessible for a walker. Was assured it was and that there was a walk-in shower. This was not accurate. My mother in law is 102 and the 2 night stay was very difficult. Also the temp control in her room was not working. Fixed first day so stopped blowing very cold air, the next night was like an oven.
