Breakfast included with stay was great! Location excellent for our parks, fishing and close to family needs. Outdoor pool and hot-tub with poolside food and drink service was amazing! Steam room as well as gym was a bonus.
Pillows were a little too soft, would benefit from firmer option in room. Would be nice if all rooms included microwave instead of having to request. Without saying what was found I encourage cleaning staff to be sure to check the shelving underneath the sink when cleaning rooms to see if anything left behind. I found something on third night that had definitely been there for sometime before our stay. Rest of the room cleanliness was amazing!

I liked the shower and the bed was comfy
When I showed up they couldn't find my reservation for my stay,booked 2 queens and they ended up giving us one queen with a cot,we were in the room for about 15 minutes or so and a lady knocked on the door and before I could answer the door she used her own key card for my room and just let herself in to my room,just to ask how we settled in but she could have waited for me to answer door

Location and staff were great.
The room felt unfinished. And the air conditioning didn't work or wasnt in the room. Bath room was tiny. And noise from people using elevators.

*pool is amazing and they serve drinks as well while you enjoy the hot tub or heated swimming pool
*breakfast is wonderful and changes a bit daily, we enjoyed the blueberry pancakes and the day they served Cinnamon French Toast !
*staff were very friendly
Only thing we didn’t enjoy was the corners of the beds. Almost all 4 of us got badly hurt from banging into the extremely sharp edges. (Definitely need a better design…)
There were no robes in the room as we had last time but this was a minor detail
Love this place and we plan to come back again for years to come!

Overall it was a great experience. Our 3rd year here.
Went down to the Peanuts bar to order some nachos for the grandkids who were visiting. Service was terrible. Waited 45 minutes and was ignored when asking how long.

The fact that it smelled muggy and you could definitely tell that your a pet friendly facility/hotel. Had a hard time breathing.
