Great breakfast which provided some different each day. Friendly staff. We were missing a bath robe and this was dealt with very quickly after a quick call to reception. The room was clean and comfortable. Nicely located for visiting Banff.

We always stay here at the Carriage House because the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spotlessly clean, and the staff are friendly.
I specifically booked a two queen deluxe room and paid more for it based on the description stating it was on an upper floor. Checked into a room on the 4th floor surrounded by families with kids and a lovely view of the fans on top of the restaurant.

The staff first and foremost. We liked the pool and peanut bar…great food at a good price.
Our room was 261 so the view was an industrial ventilation system. I couldn’t get the coffee machine working it didn’t seem to heat up. Not sure this matched the room price

Staff were very friendly and helpful, made us feel at home.
Your Breakfasts - unfortunately, not having Yogurt as an option was a disappointment, and the Breakfast was the same 3 days running - no variety, and extremely limited in your offerings.

The outdoor pool was awesome--so much more comfortable than indoor pools, and it was really warm! The hot tub was great, too, and super warm.
Our room was quiet, clean, and the bed/bedding was very comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was pretty good; pancakes or waffles would take it to the next level.
I had the fish and chips in the restaurant and didn't think it was really worth the price.
