Pool on the first floor, having to cross the main area to get back to the room, didn?t help that we were unaware we should have been provided robes.

Wide variety of hotel amenities and clean.
1) No complimentary drinking water.
2) Vending machine out of stock, could not get drinking water.
3) No assistance with heavy luggage and no trolleys to push.

Wonderful
Hotel has a lot of character, newly renovated it looks like but some of the rooms are still a little dated. A year round outdoor pool and hot tub is pretty unique for Calgary.

Joan at the front desk is the most amazing, helpful, kind person. We started twice at the start and end of a long trip and the hotel was clean, comfortable and had an excellent breakfast.
It is a pain to have to use your room card just to work the elevator, especially when loaded with luggage.

Service and staff friendly, breakfast is very good and very clean !
I dont like something not very comfortable in room its was cold inside but you have duvet not cotton and you dont have extra blanket,
I think should be comfortable if changed contton and pillows and sheets as well and extra blanket in closet
