They did well in housekeeping everyday. Nice outdoor swimming pool.

Very comfortable and spacious room, with a great view from the 6th floor. The dinner on our first evening was very good value and good quality
Breakfast let's it down: no healthy cereal options; food had been hanging around for a long time; cheap sliced bread had obviously been manhandled by other guests.

Breakfast. And dinner in dining room was EXCEPTIONAL Bed was comfortable. Shower was good.
reception was arrogant and dismissive. (Girl with weird glasses) Couldnt find our reservation and told us to go elsewhere! A second receptionist came just as we were getting heated—we had shown her our confirmation already and she still said NO room — second young woman was polite, looked more carefully and found it. ( about 35, Filipina, short) Thermostat is room was about 50 years old and very hard to read or to adjust. At 4 AM on Saturday we were awakened by VERY NOISY people in 1051… we closed the window and threw our pillows against the adjoining door and put other pillows over our head. Ridiculous price for such a small room. Badly designed sink in bathroom, water drips behind bowl when you turn taps off, very shallow.

Bathroom was kind of small and cramped.Totally enjoyed our stay. The king size bed was very comfortable. Had a good night’s sleep. Very quiet.
