Well slightly disappointed as we didn't even get to stay there. We booked with you on Friday May 16th (for 1 night - May 17th), arrive in Calgary, 2.5 hr drive, to NO BOOKING. They did not have my booking. They were fully booked, had no other rooms available, and we were forced to find somewhere else in Calgary.

The location is excellent, staff is courteous and helpful, housekeeping was excellent, room was clean and reasonably comfortable; many services offered onsite, with bars, pub, restaurant, bakery, etc.
No armchair or couch in the room, only an desk chair not overly comfortable, there was no foldable luggage rack (pretty basic in any hotel around the world) either so you need to put your luggage directly on the floor, while it was very clean the room was supposed to have been recently renovated but was obviously not, the setup of the room is rather basic with just a very very long desk and an office chair, the tv is just over the desk, but hanging fairly low so you need to sit on the bed to watch it.

Smelt hint of cigarette smoke in lobby and halls. Room was adequate but not to the cost value. Location can't be changed but it busy streets and parking g lots - not appealiybut close to amenities.

The Breakfast is good. The stay was comfortable. Very large room size and nice desk and chair to work in the room. The location is good, it's very close to restaurant and other stores. A lot of parking spaces if you come with a car.
The only area that I do not like is the hotel does not have an area for you to do some work after checking out. I checked out at 11am, but I needed to have a meeting around that time. There is no

The room was nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and the view of the sunrise was lovely.
The bathroom was incredibly small and challenging to manage a child in. The pool was very dirty and got my sons swimsuit all covered in slime/mildew from the side of the pool. The food was ok but for the price could have been nicer.
