Wonderful
Very nice hotel, rooms were clean and roomy. Nice Options for dining and lounge area. Taxis are always there waiting if need a ride. Overall great Hotel, will return
The only thing that was frustrating was only 1 elevator out of 2 was in service. So there was a lot of waiting to come and go to rooms. Making elevators crowded at times

We had a good one night stay in this hotel. The standard room is decent in size and has good amenities. Rooms are clean We love that we had free buffet breakfast that is included in our stay.

I have stayed here before and property is fine, very good location since it is close to both Southcentre and Chinook, surrounded by food restaurants.
I guess during winter it is quite hard to park in their parking spot.

Central location, close to everything, and easy to get to highways (Trails). Food was very good, the beds very comfortable, and the rooms clean. And last but not least, the staff are amazing!
The only thing is not actually the property, but at times, there are sketchy people walking through the parking lot. But I have stayed there a number of times and these people have not caused any problems to date.

Like hotel, restaurant, location and staff.
We stay here once or twice every month. Unless you book directly with the hotel, you are relegated to an older room that needs upgrading. It is cheaper but you get what you pay for I am afraid. You must ask for a newer room and take your chances.

The bed was comfy
Room was small, no extra seating besides the office chair which was awkward for two people. In our room, they had very clearly cut into the drywall to get at the plumbing in the bathroom, but they didn’t patch the cuts they just put the drywall back in the hole so you could theoretically remove the drywall and get at the plumbing again - just showed the job wasn’t finished before allowing guests in and that it was unprofessional. It was our wedding night and there was no special service, nothing complimentary. They only cleaned the room every other day so cleanliness wasn’t great. One time there was white powder spilled all over the elevator, it looked like drugs but idk it probably wasn’t.
