It is a burden for elderly like me.

They upgraded my room to a king suite, proximity to airport, free taxi to airport in the morning at the time I needed
Room was in need of a little TLC (ripped shower curtain, for example) and could be better soundproofing between floors.

Close to airport, mini kitchen if you needed it
Far to food and restaurants, not really clean. Phone in the room not working. Sink, and tub creating a pool of water when using it, breakfast is more lile fruits, bread no hot breakfast

The location is very close to the airport. The elevator was not working and they wanted to put us on the second floor. This was the last day of our 3 week vacation and flying out early the next morning. We had to pack for a wedding, hiking in the mountains and the Grassland so we had a lot of luggage. The hostess was able to find us a room on the ground floor which we were extremely grateful.
The one and only elevator broke down in a hotel which has 4 floors. Not a good situation.
