lovely spacious room and amazing kitchen facilities. Even though I didn't need them on this trip, I would definitely come back to your hotel on my next trip through Calgary. Also REALLY liked having a reading chair beside the bed. that was a first for me in any recent hotels I've been at and it was a lovely addition to the room.

Be aware there are two Radisson hotels one is called Park Inn by Radisson and the other one is a Radisson conference center. I was told there was a no fee transport via TAXI because they do not have shuttle bus.
I asked to be taken to the Radisson and the person took me to the furthest Radisson, not the park inN. So yes, I could have said park inn Radisson, but since they work there, they probably know there was a distinction and would have asked which one.
As a result. I paid $28 for a taxi as it was technically my error for not being specific. Having travelled the world I see this is a scam to take advantage of tourists, who obviously do not have all the details.
A simple step would be for the front desk to have a step. If you call the front desk prior to going in the taxi simply say “this is our address”. Ask them to take you to this specific place. The second step would be for TAXI drivers to also confirm and ask, it seems if they spend their time working at the airport, they would know the distinction and know enough to be courteous to a tourist to help them. Therefore, it seems like a bit of a scam very disappointed.

The location was great. While there is no restaurant on site, the hotel next door had a decent restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was good and staff , very helpful.
Our room was clean and comfortable, but the plug in the bathtub didn’t work. Staff said they would have it fixed.

the size of room was perfect for a single traveler. if i had stayed more than one night the kitchenette would have been amazing to use, I'm happy that was included. the bathroom was clean and had great shampoo and body wash. Wi-Fi was fast. the gym facility was clean and had everything i needed for my workout. the breakfast area was neat and clean, the food was delicious with many healthy options.
the elevator clearly seen many uses and the door would sometimes not open, but that was a minor inconvenience.
