The walk ways by the parking were not cleaned off due to previous week of snow. The faucet in the bathroom was very loose.

The room was large and comfortable but the fridge made noise
The taxi/shuttle that the hotel requested to take us to the airport was 15 mins late. Not really the hotel’s fault, but keep in mind when planning travel.

It is a great hotel in airport area, transport is paid taxi to and from airport so no restrictions on shuttle transfer times. Good breakfast, friendly staff

Excellent location and free taxi service to and from the airport. Great staff. A minimal breakfast.
The heating system in the room was very loud as it cycled on and off throughout the night.

Clean rooms! Smooth transition from airport to hotel via the pre-approved taxis. I appreciated the kitchenette as well. Especially a full size fridge and stove. The staff were very friendly and professional. Overall great value! Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to anyone!
