The bed was some what comfortable.
The room was in really bad shape, patches on walls, radiator looked dangerous. The walk up to the room was not safe. No lights to see, tripping hazard. They didn’t return my deposit to my credit card. I don’t recommend this place.

The room was clean and the location is good.
They put the AC beside the bed and its so loud I hardly slept during the night. Its summer here so you cant turn off the AC.
The staffs are not great too.

Didn’t like anything you would’ve think that Jerry stampede the hotel would be full. This hotel was empty. That says it all.
The manager is rude, not cooperative, not helpful as zero customer service

I liked how friendly the staff was. It was not in a bad neighborhood. It was close to a stampede gift shop a d a super Japanese Steakhouse and two Starbucks.
It was very outdated. I was terrified after reading all the other reviews. I figured it would be a crack, hotel, falling apart, moldy with bugs and dirty sheets.
However, it was none of that. It was just rundown. If they renovated the place, it would be superb. In the shape it is in right now, I found it to be comfortable and safe and it had everything that we needed. So for the price we paid we were able to stay in Calgary during the stampede.

There was mold in the bathroom. And the hot water did not work so I told the hotel about it and the hotel told me to turn on the hot water for 5 minutes. I turned on the hot water for more than 20 minuntes but the hot water did not work after all and the hotel did not fix the problem. So my family and I could not take showers. In addition, the hotel did not refund the security deposit back for days so I called the hotel and the hotel told me that they would charge me more than 60 dollars since the bed linen was stained, which I could not accept. I tried to call the hotel many times to ask the hotel to give me the details of the damage but the hotel put me on hold for many minutes and many times and finally did not get my calls. So I could not have any words from the hotel about the issue.
